? Because want to get newes information (softwares, manuals, mods), and upload
it to this site.

FTP SERVER USAGE RULES:
1. GENERAL
1.1. This is _upload only_ server.
1.2. To download anything, you must visit http://www.hackersrussia.ru.
1.3. If you want to get access password to http://www.hackersrussia.ru, you
should first share
some useful _radio related_ files with us, for e.g.: RSS, CPS and other RADIO
software, firmware,
service manuals & etc.
2. REQUIREMENTS TO THE CONTENT
2.1. Not radio related files are _not accepted_.
2.2. Freely accessible and easily found files are _not accepted_. For e.g.
hamradio freeware
progs, hamradio manuals, ad brochures, spec sheets & etc.
2.3. Files available on hackersrussia.ru and other popular web-sites, such
as mods.dk,
www.ham.dmz.ro, cqham.ru & etc. are _not accepted_.
2.4. All files conflicting with specified above items, will be deleted by
admin.
3. HOW TO UPLOAD
3.1. Please create directory with your nickname in root directory, for e.g.
"fatjimmy";
3.1.1. All files uploaded in server root directory will be deleted;
3.2. Compress all your data in single ZIP or RAR archive (RAR is preferred);
3.3. Please don’t use password protection for archives;
3.4. Upload created archive in _your_ personal directory (for e.g. "/fatjimmy/");
3.5. Send notification to nukleus@mail333.com if you want to get access password
to
http://www.hackersrussia.ru;
3.5.1. Include in notification letter path to recently uploaded _by you_ file(s),
for e.g.:
"/fatjimmy/kenwood.rar";
3.5.2. Please use English in your letters.
4. YOU ARE DONE? WHAT FURTHER?
4.1. Wait for reply from us.
4.2. We shall give you access password to http://www.hackersrussia.ru if your
files will meet to
the specified here requirements and will be found useful.
4.2.1. Otherwise we reserve the right to keep silence.
5. SERVER LIMITATIONS
5.1. File size limited to 100 MB per file;
5.1.1. If you want share file larger than 100 MB (for e.g. CD image), please
e-mail to
hackersrussia.ftp@gmail.com.
5.2. Non-completed uploads (for e.g. connections fails, user breaks &
etc.) will be deleted
automatically. In this case, re-upload your file from the beginning.
6. TECHNICAL ISSUES
6.1. Usage of Internet Explorer as FTP client strongly _not recommended_.
Please use correctly
working FTP clients, like is: Total Commander, Far, ReGet, FlashFXP & etc.
6.2. Please don’t try use PASV mode. Use ACTIVE mode instead.
6.3. Have problems with FTP server?
6.3.1. If you read all above and still have problems with FTP server, e-mail
to FTP admin:

7. PRIVACY
7.1. We keep private any information on users of this server, for example,
IP-addresses, e-mails &
etc. Therefore you can feel yourselves in safety.
8. CONTACT US

8.1.1. But please don't ask FTP admin send you any files, access password
to
http://www.hackersrussia.ru & etc.
